Marta graduated from Westminster College. She enjoys cooking, hiking and traveling. Marta encourages new teachers and wants them to remember a few things. Do not let yourself get too overwhelmed or try to do everything your first 3 years. Take one main focus to improve each year. For example, Year 1 Classroom Management/Procedures, Year 2 Language Arts & Writing, Year 3 Math & Science.
