The ECS 6/5645 Permission Code Request form is now closed.
The permission code request form for summer 2021 will be available in February 2021.
Students should note that they should be prepared with the information regarding their completion of the prerequisite courses listed below. Priority will be given to those students who need the course to begin their licensure year the following academic year.
Students are reminded to check the semester that they successfully completed the following courses. All Graduate and Undergraduate students must meet the following grade requirements for prerequisites: summer 2020 and prior a C or better, fall 2020 and forward a B- or better.
Undergraduate students are encouraged to run a Degree Audit in CIS prior to requesting a permission code to ensure completion of prerequisite courses.
EDU 6/5200: Teacher Language Awareness
ECS 2150: Introduction to Multicultural Education OR ECS 6/5634: Foundations of Bilingual Bicultural Education for Linguistically Diverse Students
SPED 6/5021: Principles of Assessment & Data-Based Decision Making
