Always have plan B. Have patience. Be open to continuing education. The best way to learn is to teach. Education is a never-ending endeavor. Work hard and work smart. Remember to celebrate even small accomplishments. Always think win-win and be proactive. Smile more. Be true to yourself. If you don’t like something, change it, but if you can’t change it, change the way you think about it. The best part of teaching is to that we are touching the hearts of the future: future doctors, future builders, future teachers, future scientists, future politicians, future Presidents. We can change the world and make the difference one student at a time. “I can’t wait to start new school year with great student teachers in our classrooms. You are entering the educational field in a difficult time, but accept this challenge as opportunity to become even a better teacher, be a better prepared educator, and be a protector and a nurturer for the future of our country. Welcome aboard. We are in this together. And together we can.”
